I had a mixed experience at this resort spa. The location is wonderful, surrounded by nature and very close to the famous viewpoint 'Coffee in Love.' The staff were kind and accommodating, which was great. However, my room was quite small and had a few issues, including some pesky geckos and a toilet problem. Dining was decent but could definitely use more options for breakfast, and I found the overall value to be a bit lacking given the experience.
